Spent our afternoon in Kim’s great aunt Mary’s kitchen learning first-hand her recipes and techniques for some of our favorite sweet treats. Pie crust? Check. (I am personally very excited about this one!) Caramel corn? Check. Individually wrapped caramel candies? Check! Brought home tasty treats, family cooking lore, and sense of accomplishment. Thank you Mary & Kermit for allowing us to steal your Sunday afternoon. We had a very nice time.
